Imperial Tower 3
Its an approved project. Its approx 400 meters(1,312 ft) tall. The number of floors of this project will be 116. Its a residential project. Construction of this project started from 2014 and approximate year of completion is 2017. It already has its sister tower they are Imperial tower 1 and 2.
Imperial Tower 3 will be first Indian super-tall skyscraper to have achieved LEED(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) platinum rating for environmental sustainability.
This 75 story high rise is currently under construction and is located at Lower Parel,Mumbai. Construction started in 2005 and expected year of completion is 2016. Its developed by Shree Ram Urban Infrastructure Ltd . One of the key feature is that it has 100% on-site sewage treatment.
It boasts its own spa, cricket pitch, badminton court, football pitch, cinema house and three swimming pools.
This gem of Mumbai is currently under construction the expected date of completion is 2016. It will be 372 meters high and will have 85 stories. The developer of the project is Oasis Realty which is a joint venture of Oberoi and Sahana Realty. It will house a hotel,office and retail space. It will be the very first time in India that a high rise is built using M200 grade of concrete.
